Our Process 

Step 1:

Browse the website and see what we have that could elevate your event. ​​

Step 2:

Once you have decided what you would like to hire, Please add whatever you would like to hire to your cart and follow the check avaliability prompts. Here you will be able to select dates and time. You you will also need to agree to the terms and conditions.

Please note that for any hires longer than 5 days a custom price will be organised.

Step 3:

Our team will respond to your enquire as soon as possible to organsie payment, Confirm your booking and sort out any further logistics that may be required.

Step 4:

Now its party time!! 🥳  If you have any issues on the day please contact us. Please also ensure you watch the relevant intoroduction videos prior to the event. This ensures you can safely operate the equipment.

Instructional Videos

Please ensure that you watch the instructional videos for each piece of equipment to ensure that the event will run smoothly and so you are familiar with the operation of the equipment. All videos can be found on the equipment page. Our staff will also run you through operation on the day of hire.

Delivery information and fees

At Time Capsule party hire we aim to make your event as smooth as possible. Please take note of the following: 

  • Delivery and collection are organised in advance to suit your event.

  • Please ensure safe and clear access to the setup area.

  • An adult (18+) must be present to accept delivery.

  • Customer pick-up is available for some items (by arrangement).

  • Deliveries may be delayed or rescheduled in unsafe weather conditions.

  • Delivery will be around 10am and pickup will be around 6pm unless otherwise specified.

Delivery from Diamond Creek - Within 10km: $30       (Diamond Creek, Hurstbridge, Greensbourough, Eltham, South Morang, Mill Park) - Within 15km: $50       (Mernda, Epping, Thomastown, Heidelburg, Doncaster, Christmas Hills) - Within 20km: $70       (Yarra Glen, Whitlesea, Campbellfield, Coburg, Alphington, Kew, Box Hill, Ringwood) - Within 30km: $90       (Kinglake, Cragieburn, Tullamarine, Essendon, Port Melbourne, St Keilda, brighton, Chadstone) - Please note this is a guideline only. For further distances please contact us and a quote can be provided.

Devlivery From Mansfield - Within 20km: $30       (Mansfield, Merrijig, Goughs Bay, Maindample, Bridge Creek)  - Within 40km: $50 ​      (Bonnie Doon, Tolmie, Jamieson) - Within 60km: $70 - Within 80km: $80       (Yea, Benella, Alexandria) - Please note this is a guideline only. For further distances please contact us and a quote can be provided.

Potential additional fees

  • Cleaning Fee – charged if equipment is returned dirty beyond normal use.

  • Damage/Replacement – cost of repair or replacement if items are lost, stolen, or damaged.

  • Redelivery Fee – if no one is present to accept delivery at the agreed time.

  • Extended Hire Fee – daily hire charge applies if equipment isn’t returned or collected on time.

  • Difficult Access Fee – may apply if extra staff or effort is needed for delivery (e.g., stairs, long distances).
